I read about your long haul journey. Did the hot water work? In my experience as a long hauler, heat and exercise (and caffeine too) make it worse.
Hi Ken....I haven't started yet. I'm going to post a note to the blog with an article just published about it in New Scientist magazine. Interesting about heat making it worse for you. So far, acupuncture is the thing that works best. I'm taking Low Dose Naltrexone for the pins and needles feeling in hands, feet, arms, legs, face. Not sure if it works. Thanks for reaching out. I'm going to be writing about more regularly at firstname.lastname@example.org
Here are two approaches to look into. Niacin and statins/maraviroc.
Did they help? Here is a link to an article I wrote that just came out as an insert for cover on micro lot theory that didn’t really say much in New Scientist Magazine: https://docdro.id/xJn7yjm
Also going to be writing more about it here: email@example.com
I don't know yet but I am about to try both. There is good reason to be skeptical even though these folks are claiming to have treated hundreds or thousands of patients with success. I will let you know if anything helps and please do post if you find anything. I have tried many things to no avail so far.
